This is an update to all the Physical Therapist who are willing to appear in
"Jan 2015 NPTE".
Please read below for the key dates:
Last Date for Registering NPTE: December 23 2014
Last Date for State Approval: January 2 2015
Test Date: January 28 2014
Please make sure you complete all the paperwork before the deadlines.
- Paperwork required completing to apply
- Evaluation Report from accredited evaluation agency
- Licensure application to the state
- Alternate Identification number to be received
- Credit card for making payment for NPTE
Please note while registering for NPTE your college/university should be in the list of FSBPT. Incase if your college does not appear in the list you could contact FSBPT. This would take some time so plan ahead about it. For Foreign Therapist if you think your college/university is new or no therapist had applied to NPTE before from your college/university you could email FSBPT before completing the paperwork too.
